Delivery & Shipping
Update October 2022: With delivery times being a bit, shall we say, unpredictable... we've adjusted our shipping guidance to more conservative allowance. Generally packages will arrive sooner but please allow 3-5 days for for metropolitan areas and 4-8 for regional deliveries.
If you're concerned about timing, sizes or really anything at all we encourage you to call us on 02.9690 2001 before placing your order.
General Shipping Information:
We are a small business operating out of Surry Hills, NSW. We only ship within Australia.
Express Delivery (3-5 days business days for metropolitan areas, 4-8 for areas outside the big smoke for orders placed before midday) - $15
For orders over $110 the shipping is FREE
Special Items such as mascots or large quantities may have a increased delivery costs. This rarely happens and we will notify you if this applies.

Refunds & Returns due to timing
Snog The Frog is unable to offer any refunds or returns for goods that arrive outside of the suggested delivery time frames.
Parcel Tracking
Once Snog The Frog has fulfilled (packed & sent) your order, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking reference number.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. If inaccurate or incorrect details are provided, then full responsibility of lost or missing items is that of the purchaser. Due to the size of many parcels we do not post to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
We love you foreigners but we don't ship internationally. :-(
Out of Stock Items.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our website. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order or refund you.
Can orders be picked up in Person?
Sorry, no. But you can come in and hire any one of the thousands of costumes from our shop in Surry Hills. We also have a really cute dog who likes pats. :-)
Public Holiday Trading
Please note our online shop will not process any online purchases on public holidays. If ordering on a public holiday please allow for additional shipping time.
